CPN Store Creator is a comprehensive e-commerce solution. With
CPN Store Creator, you get store design, online product catalogs,
e-commerce tools, and hosting for one low monthly price.
You can use the CPN Store Creation Wizard to select a custom
design, upload images, enter product information, and track
orders. The ShopCPN.com shopping cart software will send orders
directly to you via email and save them in the database for
future reference. All transactions and data on ShopCPN.com and
VillageProfile.com are secure.

3. How will customers find my store?
Once you have entered your store details, you will be provided
with a URL for your store. If your business is based in a community
that is part of the Community Profile Network, your store will
be linked to VillageProfile.com. All stores will be linked to
ShopCPN.com.

4. Will you create a web site or online store for
me?
ShopCPN.com and VillageProfile.com are developed and powered
by Cyberworks Media Group, Inc. CMG has an experienced staff
of designers and programmers that are willing to design and

5. What software do I need?
All that is required is a web browser, Internet Explorer or
Netscape Navigator (version 4.0 or higher), and internet access.
There is nothing to install because all the CPN software runs
on our servers.

6. Is there a minimum time commitment?
No. There is a free sixty-day trial period, and you may activate
your account at any point before or after this period ends.
You may also deactivate your account at any time.

7. Do you host the store site?
Yes. All store files reside on the VillageProfile.com server.
All data is stored in the ShopCPN.com database. There is no
additional fee for hosting your site.

8. What is the URL for my store?
The CPN Store Creation Wizard will ask you to enter a label
for your store. This label will be part of your store's URL,
i.e. http://www.VillageProfile.com/storelabel

9. How much time will it take to build my store?
This depends on the size of your store. A store with twenty
products can be created in less than one hour. You will need
to enter all of your product information: images, prices, details,
etc. In just minutes a small store can be up and running.

10. Do I need to know HTML or CGI programming?
No. Creating a store with the CPN Store Creator is as simple
as filling out any form on a web page. We handle all of the
technical details. You just supply us with the information.

11. What are the browser requirements?
You will need to use Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator
version 4.0 or higher.

12. Can I design my own pages?
Yes. At this point, you are given 3 choices of header graphics
that correspond to the industry and category that you select.

13. Can I upload images for my store?
Yes. You can upload your store logo, an additional image for
the home page, and an image for each product.

14. Can I upload HTML pages?
No. Currently, you are limited to uploading images. However,
you can enter text that will appear on your home page.

15. How do I upgrade my store size?
You can upgrade your store at any time by selecting a larger
size on the "Store Details" section of the CPN Store
Creation Wizard. Your billing information will be updated automatically.

17. How can I close my account?
At any time, you may close your account by going to step 7,
"Store Summary", and clicking "Payment"
and then "Deactivate Account".

Yes. Both ShopCPN.com and VillageProfile.com reside on secure
servers.

No. All orders will be emailed to you.
